Posted: 26 May 2011 06:34 AM PDT Becca Midwood was a big name in the downtown LA street art scene right through the 90s. Her girlish character creations had a devoted following, who collected "Beccas" for years. Then one day Jeffrey Deitch decided to set up an art show called Art in the Streets at his plush MOCA gallery and offered Becca some space.
