| Posted: 07 May 2011 05:00 AM PDT London-based artist John Paul Thurlow is famed for his amazing pencil drawn reinterpretations of celebrities and famous magazine covers like The New Yorker, Elle, Vogue, Wire, and plenty of posters too. His style is enigmatic, deceptively simple and the attention to detail goes right down to the grain and gloss and even faded print of the magazines he works from. I love this guy's work, if you do you can catch all his works at his blog and Flickr , in his own words "stalk" him at Twitter, or even buy his book "Covers" direct by Paypal for £50.
